EVO-PRODUCTS presents two EVOTEC solutions for security and defence-related industrial processes: the FEX 3000.1 fume and fine dust extraction unit and the ECODustPro industrial vacuum cleaner.
The FEX 3000.1 is a process-adaptable extraction system for fumes, vapours and airborne particulates, including laser fumes, welding fumes, soldering fumes, cutting fumes and various fine dust emissions. The unit is designed for continuous operation and features powerful EC blowers, stepless airflow control, an intuitive control panel and a multi-stage combined filter system. Depending on the application, options include rear or top hose connection, extraction arm, remote-control interface and configurations such as EX protection, W3 or ESD.
The ECODust Pro 15-WB is an inert industrial vacuum cleaner with an integrated liquid bath for explosive, reactive, deposited metal dusts such as aluminium, copper or titanium. In the inert process, the collected material is passivated through the liquid bath; critical fine dusts are bound to a liquid separation medium. This makes the ECODustPro 15-WB particularly suitable for additive manufacturing, 3D printing post-processing, build chamber cleaning and the safe collection of reactive metal dusts.
