The testing machine series inspekt table was developed for standard-compliant materials and component testing in the medium load range, with particular attention paid to reliability and flexibility. It is ideally suited for materials testing of plastics or non-ferrous metals as well as for testing smaller components, for example from instrument engineering.

In combination with the user-friendly testing software LabMaster, standard-based and customer-specific tests can be easily implemented. Testing machine, testing software and the extensive range of accessories such as specimen grips and testing tools, extensometers or temperature control devices are optimally matched to each other and offer the ideal testing system for a wide variety of testing applications (tensile tests, compression tests, bending tests, peel tests,...).

Inspekt table is available in six different load levels from 10 kN to 250 kN. On request, the testing machines of the inspekt table series can be equipped with a second test area. They are available as floor-standing or table-top versions, depending on the requirements of the workplace.

Metal- and plastic-processing companies with high testing amount more and more often count on fully automatic testing plants and the advantages linked with it: The efficiency of the machines is raised as well as the personnel expenditure and the testing costs are reduced.

Hegewald & Peschke MPT GmbH offers complete engineering solutions in the area of destructive material testing on the basis of universal testing machines and hardness testers. The heart of these plants is usually a handling system based on an industrial robot. The whole testing process is controlled and supervised by the universal material testing software LabMaster. Via a remote diagnostic system the necessary high availability of the plants is safeguarded.

Test cells can be supplied in different versions in terms of the degree of automation.

In the fully automated process, the specimens in the test cell are identified via an ID and the test sequences are controlled by information from the network. In (partially) automated test cells, on the other hand, the tester performs specimen identification or a manual selective follow-up check, for example. In both variants, processes such as specimen measurement, labeling and other test-specific tasks can be integrated into the automated process.

Advantages of fully automated testing systems:

  • No qualified operator required for specimen feeding and system operation
