The realistic wound packing trainer is designed for training in prehospital management of massive hemorrhage. The trainer features a realistic large-caliber gunshot wound with a bleeding function. The model is made of high-quality, durable silicone with hardness corresponding to human tissue, also imitating the appearance of skin and soft tissues. The set includes a 1000 ml pressure container for bleeding simulation and a transport case. Standard gauze dressings or dressings containing a hemostatic agent can be used with the trainer. The trainer is easy to clean and maintain. After training, it can be washed under running water using detergent.
Wound Packing Trainer / wound packing, cut wound
The realistic wound packing trainer is designed for training in pre-hospital management of massive hemorrhages. The trainer is designed to realistically replicate cut and torn injuries with a bleeding function. The model is made of high-quality durable silicone with hardness corresponding to human tissue, which also mimics the appearance of skin and soft tissues. The set includes a 1000 ml pressure container for bleeding simulation and a transport case. Ordinary gauze dressings or dressings containing a hemostatic agent can be used with the trainer. The trainer is easy to clean and maintain. After the exercise, it can be washed under running water using detergent.

Gunshot Wound
This realistic gunshot wound trainer allows for learning wound packing and hemorrhage control from small but deep openings. The wound track is designed to allow gauze insertion directly to the source of bleeding. With the integrated artificial blood supply system, the instructor can control the flow intensity, forcing the trainee to apply appropriate focal pressure.
Open Fracture
This module simulates a drastic injury with a visible bone fragment piercing the skin. It is a key element for learning limb stabilization and securing protruding foreign bodies without applying direct pressure to them. The model allows for realistic application of protective dressings and learning how to immobilize joints above and below the injury site under conditions of high visual stress.
Burn (Thermal/Chemical)
The burn section presents extensive tissue damage with irregular edges, imitating a 2nd or 3rd-degree burn. The trainer's surface allows for practicing the application of hydrogel dressings and loose bandaging techniques that prevent further tissue trauma. The material texture faithfully reflects the sensitivity of damaged skin, teaching students gentleness and precision when dressing large-area wounds.
Laceration
The longitudinal, deep laceration is used for training in pressure dressing application and learning how to approximate wound edges. The simulator reacts perfectly to elastic bandaging and allows for the use of pressure bar systems (e.g., Israeli bandages). Thanks to the integrated bleeding system, students can observe the effectiveness of the applied compression force in real-time while stopping venous or arterial hemorrhaging.
Wearable Chest Wound Trainer is a realistic training simulator designed to practice procedures related to the control of massive bleeding and the treatment of gunshot wounds. The set enables the execution of dynamic and highly realistic training scenarios using a role player or instructor acting as the casualty.
Gunshot Entry Wound
The realistic gunshot entry wound trainer allows users to practice hemorrhage control and wound packing techniques in small but deep openings caused by penetrating trauma. The wound channel is designed to replicate the path of a penetrating projectile, enabling the trainee to insert gauze directly to the source of bleeding.
The integrated artificial blood delivery system allows the instructor to regulate the intensity of the bleeding, requiring the trainee to apply proper targeted pressure and correct wound packing techniques. Gunshot Exit Wound
The gunshot exit wound trainer replicates the characteristic tissue damage created when a projectile exits the body. The wound features an irregular, expanded channel that allows trainees to practice hemorrhage control techniques in cases involving more extensive soft-tissue damage.
With the artificial blood delivery system, it is possible to simulate heavy bleeding from the exit wound, allowing trainees to refine techniques for hemorrhage control, wound packing with gauze, and proper stabilization of dressings. The realistic material structure allows for repeated use and supports the recreation of medical training scenarios involving penetrating chest injuries.
