TekMast - VPT : VERTICAL PNEUMATIC TELESCOPIC MAST

TekMast - VPT : VERTICAL PNEUMATIC TELESCOPIC MAST

The VPT mast is designed for missions where speed, precision and stability are critical. It combines rapid pneumatic deployment with exceptional torsional rigidity, setting a new standard in mobile mast performance.

At the core of the VPT system is an advanced full-length keyway design integrated into the mast sections. This prevents unwanted rotation under high wind loads and ensures perfect alignment for directional antennas and sensor systems. Once deployed, robust clamp collars mechanically lock each section in place, allowing the mast to remain stable even without continuous air pressure.

This hybrid locking concept significantly increases structural stiffness, improving the accuracy and reliability of mounted payloads in demanding operational environments.

SPEED IN THE FIELD

Designed for fast-moving operations by military special forces and mobile command posts, the VPT can be deployed by a single operator within minutes. With optional field leg supports, the system can be installed independently of a vehicle on almost any terrain, making it ideal for rapid-deployment communications or long-term observation setups.

The VPT is a true plug-and-play tactical solution, engineered for both short-term missions and extended field deployment in accordance with the strictest military requirements for speed and reliability.
