The Pendar X10 is a handheld Raman spectrometer. It identifies chemicals noncontact from a safe distance. The distance from the substance can range from 30 to 200 centimetre. This significantly reduces the risk to first responders and minimizes subsequent contamination.
The analyzer can detect unknown substances even through transparent containers or windows/vehicle windows. Samples that are difficult to access (for example, in drums) can be identified more easily. The device delivers reliable and reproducible results regardless of external lighting conditions.
Even dark substances are detected. With its low laser power, the Pendar X10 prevents the decomposition of thermally sensitive materials. The built-in mounting bracket allows for connection to remote-controlled manipulators.
The ChemProX: a small, handy early-warning system. This mobile IMS identifies chemical warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals. Weighing just 770 g, it can be attached to any drone and tracked in real time via integrated radio alerts.
The device has an extremely low false alarm rate. The alarm is triggered even when substance concentrations are in the ppm range. This ensures that emergency responders are always on the safe side.
But the ChemProX doesn’t just sound an alarm—it also indicates whether the concentration of the hazardous substance is low, medium, or high. Additionally, the trend can be monitored. The user can see directly on the device whether the concentration is increasing or decreasing.
