Blumenthal GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned specialist in aluminium prototypes, functional components and small-series production. Since 1955, we have provided the entire process chain from a single source at our facility in Velbert, Germany: from engineering, pattern and mould making to aluminium sand casting, 5-axis CNC machining, metrology and quality assurance.

Using 3D-printed sand cores, we can also manufacture complex geometries and internal contours flexibly and economically – from individual components to small series of up to 3,000 units and cast weights of up to 20 kg.

Certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, we stand for short communication paths, high precision and reliable quality – from the initial model to the fully inspected component.
